AMINOTECH - Amino Acid
Natural AMINO ACID is derived from protein. So far our knowledge is concern only one company of Japan who is producing natural amino acid from biological source. They have installed plant in 20 countries. Even developed countries do not have any technology for setting up plant of their own. As per the record of national patent, search report shows that, in India there is no such producer of natural amino acid. Therefore, our product can be an import substitute of natural amino acids. The cost is very low which is easily affordable by common people.
Amino acid is derived from protein. Protein is a kind of biopolymer, which occurs in the protoplasm of all living cells. Amino acid is the smallest unit of all Proteins, which help, in muscular development by initiating cell growth and strengthens the immunity system by development of functional hormones and cellular enzymes.
When a protein molecule is spliced we get an admixture of polypeptides, peptides and amino acids. There are 21 basic amino acids, out of which 10 are known to be essential amino acids, which are essential for physical development and for immunological activities as well. Lack of these amino acids hinders physical growth and may even cause death.

Recommended usage of foliar spray:
1. Recommended use at a concentration of amino acid solution (amino acid + water) 2-3 ml. / ltr. of water.
2. Application of spray during high growth stage, during flowering and fruit formation is highly recommended.

4. It can be applied safely with other fertilizers and pesticides at every 15-20 days interval.

Recommended usage of foliar spray:
AMINO TECH 2 is one of the amino acid based feed supplements for cattle. Vigorous field application has proved that AMINO TECH increases the lactation of cattle, lactose and other protein content of the milk substantially. The milk becomes more creamy and fatty. The vigour & health of the cattle improves at a very high rate. It has also been seen that very sick calf has regained its health after feeding Micromino. Since amino acid is an immuno modulator it increases resistance and immunity of the body. It can also be used as antistress product. There is no such product in the market, which can act like this. Only few calcium-based products are there in the market, which remits the calcium deficiency and yield of milk increases in a small quantity in their case.
AMINO TECH 3 is another amino acid based feed supplement for poultry. It helps in reducing the mortality, helps in dissolving the yolk after hatching from egg. Amino acid is the lowest form of protein. Molecular weight of Amino Acid is around 123.5. say 125.
It is derived after 6 steps of protein. i.e.,
Protein -> Meta Protein -> Proteose/Peptone -> Poly Peptide -> Peptide -> Amino Acid
This amino acid is obtained by separation & isolation method with the help of HPLC, preparatory, fractional & detector. Pure solution of amino acid passes through the above system by which pure form of various Amino Acid is separated out. In case of any impure material remain in the solution which may chock the Preparatory column as a result entire system will be defunct & no separation will be taken place. Therefore analysis of Amino Acid is very sensitive job which should be conducted with care.
Many manufacturer claims they are manufacturing Amino Acid but as per our knowledge is concern they are manufacturing higher molecular weight of peptone or poly peptides. Since they are using this type of product in agricultural & veterinary field where pure form of amino acid does not require there for peptone or polypeptide form of hydrolyses proteins are applied in the name of Amino Acid.
